Most single pieces take 1 to 2 hours. Larger projects like a full bedroom or a walk-in closet system can take longer — send me a photo and I'll give you a time estimate.

Occasionally, for a step that genuinely needs two people, I may ask for a hand instead of bringing a second technician — it keeps the job moving and keeps your cost down.
